A lot of thought process has gone behind in designing meals for you. Each meal we serve is having a right balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fiber and fat so that you get a balanced diet each and every day!!!
Some of the highlights of our meal packages are as follows:
Breakfast:
Start your breakfast with a refreshing health juice and top it up with different varieties of North Indian, South Indian or Western food.
- Fresh fruit juice.
- Fresh mixed vegetable juice.
- Idli/ Upma/ Poha/ Sandwich etc
- Parathas (Paneer, Gobi, Potato etc.)
Lunch:
Energize your afternoon with a nutritious and wholesome lunch.
- Multigrain rotis.
- Seasonal sabzi / Beans and Pulses sabzi
- Dal made from Tuwar/ Alhad/ Mong etc.
- Salad ( We have quite a variety of salads like Carrot and Mint Salad, Lauki and Mint Salad, Beans and Paneer Salad etc ) or Squah (Carrot squash, palak squash etc.)
- Sweet (Once a week)
- Farsan (Potato Balls, Onion Balls etc once a week)
- Rice
Dinner:
End the day with a great dinner with awesome varieties.
- Soup (Beans soup, Hot and Sour soup, Vegetable Garlic soup etc.)
- Multigrain rotis
- Seasonal sabzi / Beans and Pulses sabzi
- Dal made from Tuwar/ Alhad/ Mong etc or Chass.
- Rice or Khichdi and Kadi (Rajasthani, Gujarathi, Punjabi, Dapka etc.)
- Pav Bhaji (Not everyday)
- Italian (Pizza, Pasta etc, not everyday)
- Chinese (Manchurian, noodles etc, not everyday)
Remember, these are just the highlights!!! We have an extensive menu list catering to different taste palettes which is updated and researched regularly. For our Jain and Swaminarayan clients, we design meals that are cooked keeping in mind their religious beliefs.
